Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, use it to answer you and do the work you asked for, and never sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@magnetfunnels.com.
Who we are
Magnet Funnels runs magnetfunnels.com and the services offered on it, including Magnet Funnels Resumes. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Magnet Funnels.
What we collect
- What you send through our forms: your name, phone number or email, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the form.
- What you send through ads on Facebook or Instagram: when you fill out one of our lead forms, Meta passes us your name, phone number, email and your answers to the form's questions.
- What you share while we work together: resumes, job history, files, voice notes and messages you send us by text or email.
- Basic technical information: our hosting provider records the country a form submission came from. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on our pages.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send you the questions, drafts and files for your order.
- To confirm your package and send you a payment link.
- To follow up about the request you made, for a short time if we haven't heard back.
We don't use your information for anything unrelated to your request, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we'll stop texting you.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, and only as needed for them to do their job:
- Cloudflare hosts this website and handles form submissions and email delivery.
- Stripe processes payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) delivers the lead forms you fill out in our ads.
- Google provides our email inbox.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
Our pages don't use advertising or analytics cookies. A small number of private pages set one functional cookie so you don't have to re-enter an access code.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to finish your order and answer follow-up questions, and for any records the law requires us to keep. After that we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
Email privacy@magnetfunnels.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll answer within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
